This includes official documentation of an individual's justification as to why an adverse performance evaluation should be changed. This occurs after the performance evaluation is made an official matter of record. The application is the trigger for the appeals process, which allows for the possible reversal of an adverse evaluation. This may include (but not be limited to) appeal date, appeal reason, and justification documentation. |
