This activity is associated with managing the Human Resources (HR) Recovery Coordination Program (RCP) for the wounded, ill, or injured service members identified as needing recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration services. This activity also includes determining eligibility for enrollment in the HR RCP, managing HR RCP Needs Assessment development, managing and evaluating a HR recovery care plan, and conducting an evaluation of the HR RCP. Tools will be developed and utilized to categorize, collect, and manage the information needed to support a Recovering Service Member (RSM) and family. |
