This activity is associated with determining if a Member has satisfied retirement eligibility criteria, or has been identified to be mandatorily retired (e.g., being passed over twice for promotion, adverse actions, medical (e.g., temporary/permanent disability), years of service and/or age, and retirement points), evaluating waivers, modeling various retirement scenarios (e.g., final retirement pay or grade based on a given retirement date), and subsequently notifying the Member of their retirement eligibility. |
