Military Unit Identifier is commonly referred to as the Unit Identification Code (UIC) for the Department of the Army and Department of the Navy, the Personnel Accounting System (PAS) for the Department of the Air Force, and the Reporting Unit Code (RUC) for the Marine Corps.
