To address COCOMs' near-term emergent requirements, a Business Systems Response Office (BSRO) has been recently established within USD (AT&L) to assist in identifying quick win and quick turn-around business solutions. As an advocate for the warfighter, the BSRO coordinates on Department-level issues with the OSD staff, USTRANSCOM, COCOMs, Services, and DLA to resolve near-term business system, process, procedures and policy concerns that are encumbering force transformation. |
