Distribute Products 

Type - System Function
Description: This function distributes the final information product to the end users specified in the delivery detail requirements. The distribution mechanism includes the delivery of both paper and electronic products. If the original information requirement could not be met, instead of distributing a product this function responds to the requestor with a reason why the request could not be met.
