Description: Functionality includes capturing personnel distribution plan data from interfacing systems or data files sent by external systems. These data files can be retrieved from a common server where the system will be able to parse the data and store into its own database. This data may include (but not be limited to) manpower levels, timelines for manning levels, manning priorities, and aggregated distribution plans.
