Description: Functionality includes capturing civilian staff acquisition management data from interfacing systems or data files sent by external systems. These data files can be retrieved from a common server where the system will be able to parse the data and store into its own database. This may include capturing civilian staff acquisition management data as a result of an interface agreement (e.g., Memorandum of Understanding and Memorandum of Agreement).
