Description: Statement of Difference provides the discrepancies between disbursements and deposits generated by the Treasury. Differences resulting from deposits indicate there is a discrepancy between the monthly totals submitted through the banking system and the totals provided by the Department of Defense. Differences resulting from disbursement transactions reveal discrepancies between monthly totals reported by the Regional Financial Center and/or through On-line Payment and Collection System between the Department of Defense and other agencies disbursement transactions and/or report.
