Demand letter provides information about eligible accounts receivable that is dunned at the first applicable and subsequent time intervals. Accounts are dunned at periodic intervals (e.g., 30-day intervals). Delinquent accounts should be dunned based on Federal statutes such as the Debt Collection Act of 1982 and the DCIA.
