Description: This includes information that is needed to request a change to personal information found in the Human Resources Profile. The information may include (but not be limited to) specific information that has only the person as a source and can only be subjected to very general edits (e.g., local address, email address, local phone number, allotment start / modification, savings bond start / modification, casualty notification information update, documentation that an individual is a military dependent for the purpose of receiving military medical care) needed to support DoD missions.
