Absence Request 

Type - ICOM Arrow
Description: This includes information associated with requesting an absence. This information may include (but not be limited to) the absence start date, the absence end date, the type of absence being requested (e.g., organization controlled absence (regular liberty/pass, special liberty/pass, administrative absence)) and the reason for the absence. This could also include information regarding the cancellation or rescinding of an absence (as identified as necessary from a commander or Member).
