Perform Absence Administration: Laws and Regulations and Policies are the mandatory bodies of principles and rules that are imposed on DoD business activities and processes. Such compliance constraints are both federal-wide and/or DoD specific, and are not discretionary. BEA compliance constraints include those mandated by various offices within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) that apply to the entire enterprise and may be in the form of public laws (e.g., USC Title 10 - Armed Forces), regulations (e.g., OMB Circulars, Memorandums, Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR)), DoD Instructions or Directives, or Policies issued in memorandums or other issuances. |
