Type - ICOM Arrow
Description: This includes the notification that a hold/flag (e.g., medical, legal) has been placed on a personnel/pay profile which precludes a Member/employee from certain personnel actions (e.g., assignment, deployment, leave, and separation). This may include (but not be limited to) adverse information, medical information, Service obligation information, notification date and time.
