Description: This is information that is required when an architectural design has reached a certain milestone (currently 35% completion). This authorization request enables the technical, business and financial review of the engineering of architectural design to ensure it meets the stated objectives and requirements. If approved the design project can be completed. If the project is not approved the design may be deferred or cancelled.
