Characterized ESOH Issue

Type - ICOM Arrow
Description: An issue, problem, concern, or aspect that is reviewed, scoped, analyzed, studied so that the nature and extent of the issue is properly characterized and understood. For example, a Characterized ESOH Issue within the context of a clean-up program may define the speed, direction, and contaminant content of a ground water plume. Within the context of a safety program effort, a Characterized ESOH Issue may define the hazards to be addressed. A fire response would identify the specific hazards (i.e., smoke, fire, potential for explosion), and the degree of hazard. (Note: This output also incorporates the ESOH Issue Description).
