Description: Collected and consolidated historical spend data that includes what is purchased and from whom it is purchased that is used to identify strategic sourcing opportunities. Spend information includes post-award data such as total obligated amount per fiscal year, socio-economic information, or supplier concentration. Summarized Federal Procurement Information must be obtained from Contract Action Reports from the Federal Procurement Data System.
