Description: This includes information associated with collections which have been processed to include payments to offset an individual's government indebtedness, intergovernmental collections made via the Intra-governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) system and commercial collections processed via deposit of funds to an established Treasury General Account at a commercial depository, which have been processed. This collection information encompasses the associated cash collection voucher, as well as the collection of debt and resolution of administrative offsets.
