This includes a request for casualty assistance in order to coordinate benefits, provide counseling, and provide any other support (e.g., creating letters of sympathy, condolence and concern) to the family of a member/employee classified as a casualty. The information may include (but not be limited to) casualty incident information (e.g., date of casualty, requester name, request date and time) and next of kin (NOK) information (e.g., next of kin name, relationship, address, and contact information). |
