A one character code that indicates if the vendor facilities that manufacture/process/use toxic chemicals in SIC Groups 20-39 or NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Sectors 31-33 are located in the U.S. or its territories or not. Valid values are 0 for no and 1 for yes. This is done to comply with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
