Description
	This includes information associated with the Department of Defense (DoD) competencies approved for expenditure of DoD resources for DoD personnel development actions (submariner pay, flight pay). Information related to these expenditure of resources will be captured. The information may include (but not be limited to) specific competency identification information related to DoD occupations (e.g., MOS, AFSC).
