Member Pharmacy Officer Retention Special Pay Amount Description Member Pharmacy Officer Retention Special Pay Amount is the dollar amount paid to a DoD Military Service pharmacy officer for an annual retention special pay. Usage Member Pharmacy Officer Retention Special Pay Amount is used to document the dollar amount of an annual retention special pay based on a written agreement to remain on Active Duty for at least two years from the date of the new written agreement.
