- Enlistment in any Active Component's delayed entry/enlistment program
- Entrance as a cadet or midshipman at a Service academy
- ROTC Scholarship Recipients(Title 10 Section 2107(d))
Member Military Service Initial Entry Date is a fixed date and is not subject to adjustment because of a break in Service and is used to determine which of the three retirement plans a DoD Military Service member falls under. | |
