Member Basic Allowance for Subsistence Cash Commutation Amount is used to document the dollar amount of a cash commuted rations payment made to an enlisted Reserve Component DoD Military Service member.
Enlisted members of a Reserve Component may receive subsistence in kind or cash commutation for meals when not entitled to basic pay if the member's period of instruction or duty totals at least eight hours in a day. | |
