Description
Foreign Language Proficiency Test Date is the calendar date on which a person was administered the foreign language proficiency test.

Usage
Foreign Language Proficiency Test Date is used in conjunction with Foreign Language, Foreign Language Proficiency Source, Foreign Language Proficiency Type, and Foreign Language Proficiency Level to Record a person's language skills and level of proficiency within a specific language (read, write, listen, etc).

The language certification, if any, resulting from the test expires one year from the test and the Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus Amount depends upon the validity of the language certification.
