The Service concerned must consider a member eligible for Reservists' Involuntary Separation Pay if each of the following is true:
- The member has completed at least six, but no more than fifteen, qualifying years of service for non-regular retired pay.
- At least one of the following is true:
- The member is involuntarily discharged from a Reserve Component.
- The member is involuntarily transferred from the Selected Reserve. |
