The Secretary concerned must consider a member eligible for Muster Duty Allowance, if each of the following is true:
- The member is in the Ready Reserve.
- The member is not in the National Guard or the Selected Reserve.
- The member is not receiving any other type of pay.
- The member performs at least two hours of muster duty.
- The member has not previously performed muster duty during the calendar year. |
