The Service concerned must not require a member to lose accrued leave days greater than sixty at the end of the current fiscal year (FY) when each of the following is true:
- The member was eligible for special leave accrual to 120 days.
- At least one day of the duty that the member performed which resulted in the member's eligibility for special leave accrual to 120 days was performed between FY09 and FY13, inclusive.
- Less than four years have passed since the end of the most recent FY in which the member was approved for special leave accrual to 120 days.
- The current FY is not between FY09 and FY13, inclusive. |
