The Secretary concerned may continue a disability evaluation beyond the end of a Reserve Component member's call to Active Duty if each of the following is true:
- The call to Active Duty is for more than thirty days.
- The member signs a waiver declining retention on Active Duty.
- The member maintains a Ready Reserve status. |
