Description |

Active Service for determining Separation Pay, Non-Disability includes:
- duty where any break in service does not exceed thirty days
- one of the following is true:
- at least six years, but less than twenty years of active service
- six years of continuous Active Duty or Full-Time National Guard Duty immediately preceding separation when a reserve member is not on the Active Duty list at the time of separation |
