A Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) medical examination started on an applicant being processed for enlistment, induction, or appointment must be discontinued when one of the following is true:
- The applicant is removed from further processing.
- The applicant is determined by the profiling physician to be under the influence of alcohol.
- The applicant is determined by the profiling physician to be under the influence of drugs.
- The applicant decides to discontinue processing.
- The applicant did not attain an acceptable score on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery.
- The applicant has had a valid examination at another MEPS but has not disclosed the examination. |
