Exhibit Line_Item_Number- Each exhibit should have a unique number to identify it.
Conditional Rule 1: Line Items are mandatory to identify the items or services to be acquired as separate contract line items unless it is not feasible to do so. Agreements (Basic, BOA, BPA) are not contracts and do not require line items. DFARS 204.7103-1
Conditional Rule 2: Line Item Number -must be used if procurement instrument has line items.
Conditional Rule 3: Line Item Number -ELINS. PGI 204.7105 Exhibits may be used instead of putting a long list of contract line items or subline items in the contract schedule. When using exhibits, establish a contract line or subline item and refer to the exhibit. |
