QDR 2010	The Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) is the strategic plan for the Department of Defense. It sets out the priority objectives for the Department and the major actions to be taken to accomplish these objectives. It also highlights a number of business and management improvements that are intended to enable greater effectiveness.
SMP 2012-13	Amplifying the Quadrennial Defense Review's (QDR) call for business improvements, this Strategic Management Plan (SMP) establishes specific business goals that directly support the Strategic Goals of the QDR, as well as further articulates changes needed in the Department's business domain while ensuring unity of effort across the enterprise. This SMP covers a two year period, Fiscal Years 2012-2013.
