Description: The Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) is the authoritative source of commercial supplier performance information reported by Department officials. CPARS is a web-enabled application that collects and manages an automated library of assessment reports of contractor performance completed by government officials, which provides a record, both positive and negative, on a given contract for a specific period of time. Each assessment is based on objective facts and is supported by program and contract management data. Assessment reports are then used in source selection processes as a qualitative input.
