Description: During the budget review, OMB provides feedback to OSD on the budget estimates submitted by the components. The feedback could be related to the outyear policy and baseline estimates that must be consistent with the economic assumptions provided by OMB. OMB's feedback could also be the enforcement on the compliance of the budget estimates with OMB's policies regarding mandatory and discretionary programs.
