This performer represents personnel who perform the administrative activities (e.g., creation, verification, validation) associated with Career Management related personnel actions. The Career Specialist responsibilities include assisting in completing agreement request forms, preparing and processing all supporting documentation (e.g., waiver requests), ensuring accurate completion of all forms pertinent to career planning, and sending all requests to the proper approval authority for authorization. They are also responsible for identifying members eligible for reenlistment and counseling members on their career in the Service. They prepare or update a member's personnel agreement information, execute the oath of enlistment, and facilitate the signing of the personnel agreement. |
