This activity is associated with conducting workforce analysis, and providing workforce analysis information. This may include (but is not limited to) the analysis or modeling of strengths, work years, grade distribution, career paths, accession goals, and losses in relation to specified mission needs within budgetary constraints. This also includes strength planning, detailed formulation of force restructuring programs (e.g., Stop Loss, mandated retraining, Reduction-in-Force), reserve and active duty tour requirements, and support of reserve man days, mobilization, demobilization, and retention initiatives management. This activity is also associated with determining internal/external environment analysis scope and objectives, collecting internal/external environment data, analyzing internal/external environment data, disseminating internal/external environment analysis results, identifying external environment data collection protocols, and defining external environment analysis protocols. |
